OUCH

Well we started cheer practice yesterday and we just played "get to know you games". Today we ran 2 laps around the track, did 5-10 of EACH jump BOTH sides, then we stunted, then we learned chants(cheers), then we CONDIDITONED OUCH OUCH OUCH! We did a pass of each of these which is from one side of the gym and back: lunges, frog leaps, inch worms(ask me). Then we did crunches for a minute and then we did stuff with our legs lifted(scissors biking and pitter patters) alternating with crunches. then we did supermans and planks. so if you cant tell im a little sore haha AND i have practice AGAIN tomorrow. Mon-Wed every week. Ooooooh i can already feel the burn of tomorrow haha talk to you l8r! Love Mikala
