Dad's new knee

Dad had his surgery this afternoon. It took about 2 and 1/2 hours. He is doing well this evening with good color and not nauseous. This morning when they went to put the IV in and couldn't hit the vein, he got real nauseous then, the big wimp!! But they hurried and gave him a sedative, got him settled down, and he has done good since then. He is resting and all is well!! Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers for him. Love you! MOM
