15 Moves Later....
Here is a quick post to see if this will work for me. We found out yesterday that Edison is going to move us! We are really excited! So after 15 moves someone is going to do all the work. They pack, load and transport!!! We are so excited about this, what seems easy move, that we don't know what to do with ourselves. So I think that we are going to unpack the garage stuff to give us something to do and to get some new boxes for all that stuff. We are not sure on our date yet, we are waiting to hear from the moving company. We will keep you posted.

Winner
Steph makes it sound like it's all her winning the games, but she does have a good team and that might help, just a little.

All By Myself. . .
Well, I HAD to do it. My "assistant coach" went to prom - rude huh? So, this is how it went. First of all - and most of important of all we still won. Second of all. Mikala was against the boards and broke her stick, which has never happened before. So, she bends over and is trying to clean up after herself so no one trips on her end part, right? And like everone is yelling at her, right? Finally over all the ruckus she hears her mother yelling, "DROP IT!" So she does. The ref blows the whislte, then she picks it back up to bring over. She got a penalty called on her, so needless to say we learn something new every day - when you break your stick DROP IT! You do not want to cause carnage, I guess. So, then when I was calling another player out and putting another one in the player who was coming out decided to turn around and play a little more, so I guess I got a penalty called on me for having too many player on the court or whatever. So I said, "What do you want me to do, go stant in the penalty box?" The ref said, "No, one of the players does." So I didn't put the certain kid back out on the court I was a little peeved. Lastly, but not leastly the guy I was playing against was Megan and Mikala's coach for the last 2 years the guy with whom they consecutively lost with - Bob Withrow. While I was counting and seeing who I had on the court and who I didn't, and yes smoke was coming from the top of my head and out of my earholes, and I and I sure my eyes were swirling by this time. He kindly yelled, "Come on, let's get on with the game!" Which translated to me - let's keep this butt-whoopin' goin' I'm enjoying it! and I yelled back, "I am!" Anyway, I made it and I am learning and think Ryan and Mikala are actually surprised they are enjoying and that we are winning as much as we are. I think when Megan and Mikala and Ryan found out the "mom" was coaching they thought "OH, WOW, OH GREAT JOY! LUCKY US! AWESOME!!!" (dripping with tons and tons of sarcasm) But, I think maybe I'm surprising us all. Anyway I am kinda proud of myself. It did prove to be an interesting experience. Hope all is well wherever you are........... Love to all. Steph

I have to tell you how much I enjoyed reading the past weeks' blogs! However, I am not impressed with the picture of me with my mouth wide open and my eyes closed that is on here for everyone to see! How embarrassing! You all know I am much cuter in person though! I love the pictures of everyone else! Good luck to Mikala with cheerleading try-outs. I do love her make-over and hope Megan has been able to have her gums treated for that nasty distortion! We love her anyway! Your father and grand-father is out mowing his lawns. I have now been holding his supper for nearly 2 hours. He loves riding around on his lawn mower though so I'm not going to complain! It is great having him around on Saturdays now. Let's see-----I better get my honey-do list together for tomorrow! I think Carrie is having trouble getting the blog working so I will tell all of you for them that they have found a home to rent in Thousand Oaks and will be moving May 14. Tyson starts his job May 21 and he will have a 3 mile commute to work! How's that for things working out good for them. Too bad we can't all be there to help them move. We will be there in spirit but I don't know how that will be to lift those heavy things they have! FYI for everyone-----dad and I have Les Schwab convention Aug. 5 thru Aug. 9 and we are going all the way to-----------are you ready for this?----------Salt Lake City, Utah! We are going to get to see some things we haven't seen before so it will be great! Love you guys! Mom (ala) Grandma

Some pix-and-a-note
Grandma had one too many mallows at the fire pit! . . . Grandma! Madison, you're supposed to color the eggs, not your eyes!
Ryan and Saige, Ryan seems to be contemplating the meaning of life, or how to go about coloring the next egg. "Just HOW WILL Ryan decide to do it?"

Oh, wait look who's eight
Hi, it's me Zach I am eight years old now, you know what that means. That makes me a scout and I get to be baptised("that's where Dad holds me under water until all my sins wash away") I hope he doesn't hold me down too long.
- I just wanted to tell everyone that I won second place in my pine wood derby this last Friday. Dad says the first place car only won by one or two inches. That's mine on the left, The Silver Sliver
- "I am going to be baptised on April 7, 2007 that's this Saturday. Then on Sunday, I will get the Holy Ghost. I would like everyone to know so you can come. I would really like to have all my cousins there if they can, so make sure to tell them. If you don't I will call you a Cheesehead and curse you into submission."--Zach
